Interactive sessions offer each participant the opportunity to learn new strategies and ask questions to address personal challenges in a safe setting. Whether you are starting out, looking for help, or returning to address a specific situation we can help you learn about caregiving, find support, give you the  tools and knowledge, arm you with the strategies you need as you embark on your caregiving journey.
